This Privacy Policy applies to the Joyroll (喜卷) app and website, provided by Memora Limited ("Joyroll", "we", "us"). By using Joyroll, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect and how we use it
We collect only what we need to run events: to sign you in as a host, your email address or, if you use Sign in with Apple, the account identifier and email Apple shares with us (which may be a private relay address); the photos you take in the app, the nickname and optional details you provide, an account identifier, and a record of any purchases. We use this to create and run events, show albums to the right people, process purchases, support content moderation, and provide customer support.
Guest photos on a roll are always taken with the camera in the app. You may also choose a picture from your photo library for your profile picture and for an event cover; we only read the image you pick, never your whole library, and we ask for permission to save photos back to your album when you export them. We only put text on your clipboard when you tap to copy it (for example an event code). We do not use your information for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites. Payment details are handled by Apple; we never see or store them. There are no purchases in the WeChat Mini Program.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the app and process payments, or where required by law. Photos you take at an event are visible to other participants according to that event’s reveal settings. The event host can view photos before the reveal (to check for inappropriate content), and may save or export all event photos after the event.
Our servers and stored photos are hosted in Hong Kong. Photos and text are checked automatically for prohibited content before they are shown to other guests.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your events exist. You can delete your own photos, delete an event, or delete your entire account and all associated data in the app: Account → Delete Account.
Children
Joyroll is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page.

活動相片一律由應用程式內的相機拍攝；你亦可從相簿中選擇頭像與活動封面圖片——我們僅讀取你選定的那一張，不會讀取整個相簿，匯出相片時會另行要求寫入相簿的權限。僅當你點按複製時，我們才會將文字（例如活動碼）寫入剪貼簿。我們不會將你的資料用於廣告，亦不會跨其他應用程式或網站追蹤你。付款資料由 Apple 處理，我們不會看到或儲存。微信小程式內不提供任何購買。
資料分享
我們不會出售你的個人資料，僅與協助我們運作應用程式及處理付款的服務供應商分享，或在法律要求下披露。你在活動中拍攝的相片將按該活動的揭曉設定對其他參與者可見；活動主辦可在開卷前查看相片（用於內容審核），活動結束後可儲存或匯出該活動的全部相片。
我們的伺服器與所儲存的相片位於香港。相片與文字在向其他賓客顯示之前，會經自動檢測是否含違規內容。
資料保留與刪除
我們會在你的活動存在期間保留你的資料。你可刪除自己的相片、刪除活動，或在應用程式內刪除整個帳戶及所有相關資料：帳戶 → 刪除帳戶。
未成年人
喜卷並非以兒童為對象，我們不會在明知情況下收集未達當地法定年齡兒童的個人資料。
資料安全
我們以傳輸加密及存取控制保護你的資料。任何傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。
政策變更
我們可能不時更新本政策，並會於此頁公布任何變更。
