Content & Community Policy

A Joyroll event is private, but everything on a roll is seen by everyone at that event. This policy sets out what is not allowed, how content is moderated, and what to do when you see something wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
What is not allowed
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Do not post:
- content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- anything that sexualises or endangers a minor;
- sexually explicit or pornographic content;
- hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying content, including content targeting a person’s race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability;
- graphic violence or gore, or content promoting self-harm;
- impersonation of another person, or content you do not have the right to share;
- spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.
Respect the people around you, too: if someone at the event asks not to be photographed, do not add their photo to the roll.
How moderation works
Photos and text are checked automatically for prohibited content before they are shown to other guests, and anything flagged is held back from the roll. The event host can view photos before the reveal, so they can see what has been contributed, and can remove any photo from their event. We may also remove content and suspend accounts that break this policy or our Terms.
Reporting
Anyone can report a photo or a message from inside the app — no account needed. We act on valid reports promptly, typically within 24 hours. If you cannot report something in the app, email support@joyroll.app and tell us which event it was and what you saw.
Blocking
An event host can block a contributor from their event. A blocked contributor cannot add anything further to that event, and the host can remove what they have already added.
What happens next
Depending on what was posted and how often, we may remove the content, block the contributor from an event, suspend or delete an account, or report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.

也請尊重身邊的人：如活動現場有人表示不願被拍攝，請勿將其相片加入菲林。
審核方式
相片與文字在向其他賓客顯示之前，會經自動檢測是否含違規內容；被標記的內容不會進入菲林。活動主辦可在開卷前查看相片，以了解已提交的內容，並可移除該活動中的任何相片。我們亦可移除內容，並暫停違反本規範或《服務條款》的帳戶。
舉報
任何人均可於應用程式內舉報相片或留言，毋須註冊帳戶。我們會盡快處理有效舉報（通常於 24 小時內）。如你無法在應用程式內舉報，請電郵 support@joyroll.app，並告知相關活動及你所見到的內容。
封鎖
活動主辦人可在其活動中封鎖貢獻者。被封鎖的貢獻者無法再向該活動提交任何內容，主辦人亦可移除其先前提交的內容。
後續處理
視乎內容性質及次數，我們可能移除內容、於活動中封鎖貢獻者、暫停或刪除帳戶，或在法律要求時向有關當局舉報。
