Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Joyroll (喜卷), provided by Memora Limited. By using Joyroll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Joyroll lets a host create an event and invite guests to take photos in the app that are collected into a shared, private album. Guests join by scanning a QR code — no download or account is required to join as a guest.

Your content

You keep the rights to the photos you contribute, and you grant us permission to store and display that content as needed to run the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that endangers minors. Anyone can report content in the app, and the event host can remove content and block contributors. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we act on valid reports promptly (typically within 24 hours).

Purchases

The free tier (up to 5 guests) requires no payment. Additional guest capacity is a one-time purchase per event, not a subscription. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or the app store's policy.

Apple App Store

If you obtained Joyroll from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Disclaimer and account deletion

The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using it at any time and delete your account and data in the app (Account → Delete Account). These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
